Ingredients:

2 14.5oz cans canned salmon, drained & deboned
the juice of 2 limes
1 & 1/2 sleeves original saltines crushed
1 14.5oz can black beans, drained & rinsed
1 14.5oz can corn, drained
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
4 eggs
1 medium to large onion minced
1 cup chopped cilantro
3-4 diced jalapenos seeds in or out depending on how how you like it
4 tablespoons taco seasoning
2 tablespoons garlic powder
salt & pepper to taste
vegetable oil to fry
