16 oz ground chicken
1 cup .naturalcheese fat free cheese (we used cheddar and mozzarella mixed.)
1/2 cup prepared white rice
1 cup or corn kernels (fresh, frozen or canned are fine.)
6 cassava flour tortillas
1/2 cup salsa
1 cup plain cauliflower rice cooked
1 packet of taco seasoning low sodium
