for the ground beef I just cooked it with onion and garlic powder New Mexico red chile powder, and beef base
After the beans are finished smash them up to make refried beans.
For the green chili I marinate pork overnight with onion and garlic powder olive oil.. how I make my chili first ,I start cooking stew pork with fresh onion and garlic & onion and garlic powder and add beef base about 1 tablespoon .. after the meat it’s almost finish then, I add the flour and let it brown a little bit with a little bit more olive oil. oh and then, I blender put the Hatch Green Chile with onion and garlic powder and a little bit of salt and stewed tomatoes and I blended up with water Then, I added more water and I add a little bit more salt but not too much because the beef base already has salt added to it… I let it cook for at least an hour and a half on medium to low medium..
